Once we run the initial background check and review your application, we will contact you within 1 business day to schedule the showing. Once you see the property, IF YOU DECIDE TO MOVE FORWARD, we will collect the remaining application fees and begin the secondary vetting process which will include a soft credit pull, reference checks, employment verification etc. The property owner will make the final determination after reviewing the application information and we can typically get you in for a Lease signing within 4-5 business days. If your application doesn't work out for the property you chose, we will hold your application for 60 days and use it towards any of our other vacancies for no additional charge.
